Engaged employees are more likely to perform well, stay committed to their roles, and deliver exceptional service to customers, making these metrics reflective of their engagement levels. 

Focus Groups and Workshops

Organizing focus groups or workshops where employees can participate in discussions, share experiences, and brainstorm ideas for improving engagement can be a valuable method. These interactive sessions foster a sense of belonging and empowerment among employees, leading to higher engagement levels in the long run.
