E-Verify has received exceptionally high scores from its customers in the American Customer Satisfaction Survey (ACSI) for each of the four years it has been rated, each year far surpassing the federal average. Further, every year E-Verify’s score has increased – the 2012 score is four points higher than 2010.
In 2012, over 1,300 E-Verify users were asked to evaluate various aspects of the program, and gave E-Verify an average score of 86. That’s 19 points above the current federal government average.
